They do have a beautiful and very professional website and that got me, I didn't even think to check the reviews. I am very disapointed with the lack of communication and inability to contact someone there other then via chat. Then I will escalate with with credit card company. I do want the couch so I am giving them until the end of the week to ship and show a prove of shipment. They said the couch "should ship"by the end of the week. Today contacted them via chat and they said the coffee table order was cancelled - still no notification of cancellation. I followed up on Friday and Monday - no answer.
My boyfriend contacted them end of last week to cancel the order, they said " they will request the cancellation". I tried to cancel online but again, nobody got back to me. That was 7 days ago and no one replied as of yet.
When I have not received any information I tried calling - they don't take calls. The couch shipping estimate was 5-10 business days. Edit: Weeks later the refund is not showing on the credit card statement! Unfortunately I have had the same experience as most of the reviewers here.
